Mediterranean Deli, Bakery and Catering has always prized innovation on quality and improvements in style from new items in our deli case (now over 60 awesome vegetarian dishes) and organic ingredients to ultra-purified, filtered drinking water in the restaurant and our newly introduced 100% GLUTEN FREE FACILITY.

Our new bakery is on the ground floor of our restaurant and includes a semi-automatic, state of the art pita bread manufacturing facility. Our dough mixer can produce plenty of dough to make our pita, which is made entirely from certified gluten-free, mixed, gluten free flours of garbanzo, fava, tapioca and sorghum to name a few.

Our facility has been recently certified by the Gluten Intolerance Group as 100% gluten-free. That means that we can put their trademarked logo on our products. We fall into a relatively small class of products that can claim this, putting your mind at ease that there is no way gluten got into this product.
