These traditional recipes were passed down to him, and his mother and he began this deli together in 1992. Since then, Jamil has inspired the community and innovated the food, finally perfecting his gluten free pita bread made from organic, Kosher flour (the pita is made in a certified Kosher facility). It is our pleasure, at Mediterranean Deli to bring to you a delicious, gluten free product that your whole family can enjoy.
